All merchandise is warranted for a period of 1 year under normal use.
We offer replacement or repair at our discretion for items covered under the warranted time period.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.

Refunds...
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds are available for 30 days from date of delivery.
All products must be returned in their original unused condition.
Refunds will be issued for product price and tax - shipping is excluded.
**Please note refunds are not available for personalized items (due to the nature of the product). Please carefully check spelling and colors when ordering these items.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Check or Money Order
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your orders to be processed.

All Orders...
Allow 2 week lead time until August 31st, and a 3 week lead time from September 1st until December.

Overseas Orders...
Shipping for orders outside of the U.S.A. is calculated manually.
